Spring Sale @ Rescue
If you’re reading this thinking, “Wow, it’s the middle of a lazy Sunday. I wish I had something to do, or perhaps some sweet new vintage threads,” I highly encourage you to head over to Rescue in Allston.
Rescue is a gem, tucked into the location that formerly housed a wacky thrift store that stayed open til 2 AM and tried to sell you kittens while you stumbled home from The Model. The wonderful vintage department has provided me with the only two dresses and one skirt that I actually think look good on me. (And if you know how rarely I wear such items, that’s a huge endorsement.) In addition to the hippest items I’ve ever seen in a consignment store, they also sell new items from designers like Cheap Monday, Trash & Vaudeville, Tripp NYC, Alex & Chloe and In God We Trust.
The sale ends tonight, but if you get there by 6 all used items are 30% off and all new items are 20% off.
