For those of you wondering where on earth I’ve been…

Well, I’ve been all over the place. Most recently, though, I celebrated my birthday in New York. I checked out Bang Camaro at The Blender Theatre, scarfed about a billion cupcakes,

and stopped by my favorite restaurant in Glen Cove: Marra’s. I’m pretty sure I spent half of my weekend eating.

All of this gluttony was justified, however, as fuel for the main event. My friends and I participated in a 5K walk/run to raise money for The Andreas Christopoulos Scholarship Fund.

Andreas was a lifelong friend of mine who passed away in 2005. The scholarship has been set up in his memory, and will be awarded to high school students like him.. fiercely independent, spirited people who might not be the student of the month but still have a ton to offer the world. Thanks to everybody who made turning 26 incredibly special. Tonight, I’m back to the non-stop rock - Plushgun @ TT’s. If you’re going to be there, don’t forget to buy me a birthday shot! ;-)
