A few weeks ago my friend Rob Giles invited me to come check out his new band, The Rescues. I didn’t get to listen to them before the show, but I figured if Rob was in it, it was worth going, since I’ve been a fan of his solo music for years.

It is rare that I go see a band that I’m unfamiliar with and have a really good time. But The Rescues COMPLETELY blew me away. I haven’t stopped talking about them and recommending that my friends give them a listen, and now I’m going to tell you the same thing…
