“Cellphone” (DJ Die Young Is It Summer Yet Remix) by Hooray For Earth

Hooray For Earth is just plain awesome. I mean, maybe it’s just that I’m writing this after a few cocktails; perhaps my lack of sleep has led to a lack of eloquence, but I’ve never come across a band who does what they do (and they do it well.) HFE is from the gut rock, their shows are FELT just as much as they are heard.

I try to catch them as often as I can, so I’m hoping to make my way over to Harpers Ferry in Allston tonight (Thurs., 4/23), when they’ll be playing with Faces on Film and Deer Tick.
